摘要
为了使立式车床实现对大直径球面的加工及实现加工精度要求,设计了一种实用装置,并详细描述了该装置的结构原理及加工方法。经实际使用,该装置扩大了普通立式车床加工的工艺范围,工人操作方便,容易安装、调整和拆卸,安全可靠,在生产实际中效果良好。
In order to enable ordinary vertical lathe to process bigger size and higher precision sphere parts,a kind of practical device is designed in vertical lathes,and the working principle and processing method of the device is described.It was verified by enterprise to have good effect including more processing range,convenient operation,easy installation,adjustment and remove,safe and reliable.
