摘要
盾构施工中工况恶劣,要求注浆泵泵体强度高,控制方式可靠。通过SOLIDWORKS设计注浆泵的三维结构,利用ANSYS分析优化泵体设计,选择液压控制方法提高泵控可靠性,并进行大量的工厂试验,研制开发出一款可靠性和适应性强的盾构机专用注浆泵。
Shield works in bad conditions,requires that grouting pump body is high strength and control mode reliable.This paper use the SOLIDWORKS to design grouting pump three-dimensional structure,ANSYS analysis to optimize design of pump body,choice hydraulic control method to improve reliability,and make many factory tests,then develop a grouting pump for shield machine with high reliability and adaptability.
