摘要
实现了一种采用节点与总线双冗余结构的CAN总线煤矿变电站温度监测网络的设计。本网络可将煤矿变电站的多个封闭式开关柜的温度数据自动周期性地向网络中主节点传输,并且在PC机上显示数据。每个节点均采用高性能单片机C8051F060作为主控单元,系统通过单片机控制多路模拟开关,使用了2条独立的总线通路,通过对网络中主节点进行备份设计,完成了节点与总线双冗余设计的网络结构,大大提高了监测网络的可靠性。
This paper realized a node and bus double redundancy which use the CAN bus in coal mine converting station temperature monitoring network.The network can be more than transformer substation coal mine closed temperature of switchgear data to be automatic periodically to master node in network transmission,and in ground PC display data.Each node is using high-performance single chip microcomputer C8051F060 as master unit,the system through use of single chip microcomputer control multi-channel analog switch used two independent bus access,through to ground the lord node for backup design,the completion of nodes and bus double redundancy design network structure,greatly improving the reliability of monitoring network.
