摘要
齿轮减速器作为机械设备中主要的传动装置之一,其运动和动力学特性直接影响着减速器的工作性能。虚拟样机技术的使用能够模拟减速器的实际工作状况,可以很好地预测减速器的动态特性,能够有效提高产品设计质量,减少设计周期,节约设计成本,对于工程应用方面提供实际的参考价值。
Gear reducer as one of main gear in the machinery and equipment,its movement and dynamic characteristics of a direct impact on performance of reducer.The use of virtual prototyping technology to simulate actual working conditions of reducer,can well predict dynamic characteristics of reducer,can effectively improve product design quality,shorten design cycles and lower cost designs for engineering applications of very important value.
