某尼龙化工厂己二酸作业工人职业健康检查结果分析

Analysis on occupational health examination results of workers exposed to adipic acid in a Nylon chemical plant

摘要 目的了解某尼龙化工厂己二酸对作业工人的身体健康的影响,探索己二酸作业工人职业健康监护内容。方法于2009—2011年对某尼龙化工厂己二酸作业工人进行职业健康检查,检查项目包括血压、心电图、B超、血常规、尿常规和肝功能检查,并对检查结果进行统计分析。结果 2009、2010年结果显示,不同工龄组之间,B超脂肪肝检查结果差异有统计学意义,P值分别为0.033,0.018,其他检查结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2011年结果显示,不同工龄组之间,检查结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于己二酸作业接触工人的职业健康监护除常规健康检查项目以外,应加入X线胸片检查以及肺功能测定。 [ Objective] To observe the influence of adipic acid on the health of workers in Nylon chemical plant, explore the occu- pational health surveillance contents for workers exposed to adipic acid. [ Methods ] The occupational health examination was con- ducted in workers exposed to adipic acid in a Nylon chemical plant during 2009-2011, which included blood pressure, electrocardi- ogram, B-mode ultrasonography, routine blood examination, routine urine examination and liver function examination. The results were analyzed statistically. [ Results] The results in years 2009 and 2010 showed that there was statistical difference in type-B ultra- sonic examination and fatty liver among different working year groups, and the P values were O. 033 and O. 018 respectively, and there was no statistical difference in the results of other indexes. In 2011, the differences in all examination results were no significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). [ Conclusion ] The occupational health surveillance for workers exposed to adipic acid should conclude not only routine health examinations but also X-ray examination and pulmonary function test.
