苏州市动物性食品中喹诺酮类抗生素的残留状况 被引量:6

Status of quinolones residues in animal food in Suzhou City

摘要 目的了解苏州市市售动物性产品中喹诺酮类抗生素的残留现状。方法 2011年6月—2012年3月随机选择苏州市农贸市场上常见动物性食品及苏州市特色水产品,共采集175份样品,采用超高效液相色谱/质谱进行喹诺酮类抗生素检测。结果 175份样品中,阳性检出50份,总检出率达28.6%,不同种类(鱼虾类、猪肉和猪肝类、鸡鸭类、蟹类)动物性食品中喹诺酮类抗生素检出率相比,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.42,P>0.05)。50份阳性样品中,恩诺沙星检出比例最高,占47.4%;氧氟沙星其次,占21.1%。结论苏州市市售动物性产品存在部分抗生素残留,需要加强水产品、禽肉产品养殖、销售的管理。 [ Objective ] To understand the current situation of quinolones residues in animal food in Suzhou City. [ Methods ] From June 2011 to March 2012, 175 samples of animal food and aquatic products were randomly collected from farmers markets in Suzhou City, and the quinolones were detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry. [ Results ] 50 of 175 samples were positive, and the total detection rate was 28.6%. There was no significant difference in detection rate of quinolones between different animal foods, including fish and shrimp, pork and pig liver, chickens and ducks, crabs, ( X2 = 1.42,P 〉 0.05 ). Among 50 positive samples, the detection rate of enrofloxacin was the highest, which accounted for 47.4%, followed by ofloxacin (21.1% ). [ Conclusion ] The quinolones residues are found in animal food in Suzhou City, so it is necessary to strengthen the management in breeding and sales of aquatic products and poultry products.
