南京军区放射防护监督管理工作实践

Practice of radiological health supervision and management in Nanjing Military Region

目的总结南京军区医疗机构的放射防护监督管理工作情况,提出今后工作思路和设想。方法结合国家和军队法规标准与工作实践,对军区多年的放射防护监督管理工作进行回顾总结。结果南京军区放射防护监督管理工作在建立监督管理组织体系、落实预防性和经常性放射防护监督、放射工作人员个人剂量监测和培训、放射工作场所防护监测、健全放射防护监督档案等方面取得了显著成效。结论制定南京军区放射卫生监督规章制度、加强卫生监督员队伍建设和提高放射卫生监督监测能力,有利于进一步提升军区放射防护监督管理工作的水平。

[ Objective] To summarize the health supervision of radiological diagnosis and radiotherapy in Nanjing Military Region, and put forward ideas and thoughts for the future work. [ Methods] Based on the national and military radiological health laws and rules, along with the working practice, the achievements of radiologieal health supervision and management in Nanjing Military Re- gion were reviewed and summarized. [ Results ] Great progress of radiological health supervision and management in Nanjing Mili- tarT Region had been made in founding organization of radiological health supervision and management, carrying out preventive and regular radiological health supervision, training radiation workers, monitoring individual radiation dose, measurement of radiological workplaces, as well as establishment of radiological health supervision files. [ Conclusion] It will improve the work level of radiolog- ical health supervision to formulate radiological health rules of Nanjing Military Region, to increase the number of radiological health supervisor, and to strengthen the capability of radiological health supervision and monitoring.
