烟台市传染病医院2006~2011年门诊量季节变动分析

Analysis of the seasonal variation trend of outpatients from 2006 to 2011 in infectious diseases hospital of Yantai

目的探讨传染病医院门诊量的季节性规律，为传染病医院门诊的人力、物力等资源配置提供依据。方法应用季节指数分析法，以季节比率大小反映不同时间门诊量的变化规律。结果传染病医院门诊量存在一定的周期性和规律性，各年门诊量的低谷期基本出现在1月、2月，高峰期出现在7月、9月、10月；各月季节比率10月份（131．10％）最高，1月份（67．17％）最低；6年平均门诊量第三季度（71878人次）最高，第一季度（47911人次）最低，第三季度季节比率（116．85％）最高，第一季度季节比率（77．89％）最低。结论根据季节变化规律合理安排门诊医务人员和配套设施，在低谷期安排医务人员休假或外出学习，为高峰期的到来做好人力资源储备，更好地开展医疗工作。

Objective To understand seasonal variation regularity of outpatient amount of infectious diseases hospital, so as to provide references for the relevant administrative departments in the hospital staffing, consulting rooms and property arrange- ments. Methods Seasonal indexes were used to analyze the variation of outpatient amount based on the data from statistical re- port forms of the hospital. Results There was periodicity and regularity about outpatient amount in infectious diseases hospital. The low-time of outpatient amount appeared in January and February, and the peak-time was July, September and October. The season index in October was the highest one in every month （ 131.10% ） and January was the lowest one （67.17%）. The outpa- tient amount in third quarter was the highest one （71 878 person times） during the past 6 years and in first quarter was the lowest one （47 911 person times）. The season index in third quarter was the highest one （ 116.85% ） and in the first quarter was the lowest one （77.89%）. Conclusion The regularity of seasonal variation of outpatient amount was useful to rational personnel and facilities allocation. The hospital can arrange staff to study and have vacation during the low-time for the human resources re- serve and better services for patients.
