响应适应性医学临床试验设计
摘要
响应适应性（response adaptive）医学临床试验设计利用试验过程中的收集的病人对治疗方法的响应信息而修改分配病人到治疗方法的分配概率，其目的是分配较多的病人到较好的治疗方法。在传统的医学临床试验设计中，分配病人到治疗方法的分配概率是等可能的，病人分配到实验中的劣等治疗方法和好的治疗方法的人数一样多。
