曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of chronic simple rhinitis treated by Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray

目的评估曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的疗效。方法采用随机对照原则,将180例慢性单纯性鼻炎患者分为治疗组90例与对照组90例。治疗组每天鼻喷曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂连喷3个月,对照组口服新康泰克,共3个疗程。随访1年。结果治疗组治愈率62.2%,有效率26.7%,无效率11.1%;对照组治愈率42.2%,有效率41.1%,无效率16.7%;差异有统计学意义。结论曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎是一种简便、有效的治疗手段。

Objective To assess the therapeutic effection of chronic simple rhinitis treated by Tri- amcinolone Acctonide Nasal Spray （TANS）. Methods Used tile stochastic comparison principle, 180 patients with chronic simple rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups, 90 patients in the treating group （TG） treated by TANS, nasal spray once daily for 3 months. And 90 patients in the controling group （CG） treated by Compound Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules （CPH- SRC） for 3 course of treatment, follow--up 1 year. Results The curative rate,effective rate and the in- valid radte were 62.2%, 26.7%o and 11.1 %in tile TG; the curative rate, effective rate and the invalid radte were 42.2%,41.1 %, 16.7 % in the CG. There was obvious statistical significance between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions It was an effective and simple therapy to use TANS on chronic simple rhinitis.
