摘要
为研究固体火箭发动机推进剂/衬层粘接界面层的作用特点,以推进剂/衬层粘接试件为例,采用二维粘弹性有限元方法,探讨不同中间相厚度、模量、泊松比时粘接系统的结构响应。结果表明:中间相模量越大,推进剂的应力集中现象越显著;随着中间相厚度的增加,推进剂的应力集中程度明显减弱;中间相的泊松比对粘接系统的应力影响较小。研究结果为界面设计提供依据。
The adhesive system of propellant-liner with interphase is taken as a research object to investigate the influence of interphase. The structure response in various thicknesses, elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of the interphase was calculated by two-dimensional visco- elastic finite element method. The results show that the stress concentration of the propellant weakens distinctly when the thickness increa- ses. The bigger the elastic modulus is, the more serious the stress concentration of the propellant is. The Poisson~ ratio has little effect on the stress of the system. The numerical simulation results supply references to interface design.
