乳酸脱氢酶在妊高症者孕产预后中的作用

目的观察乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)在妊高症中的水平及其与孕产预后的关系。方法收集住院的妊高症产妇及同期正常妊娠产妇的血清,检测LDH水平进行比较,同时分析其与围产儿体重、Apgar评分、围产儿死亡率之间的关系。结果妊高症产妇的LDH水平明显高于正常对照者(P<0.05)。在妊高症产妇中,LDH升高组的围产儿体重、Apgar评分明显低于LDH正常组(P均<0.05),而其围产儿死亡率明显高于LDH正常组(P<0.01)。结论妊高症产妇的血清LDH明显升高,且与孕产预后密切相关。

Objective To observe the role of lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） in the prognosis of pregnancy-hypertension syndrome.Methods We detected the serum value of LDH in parturient with and without pregnancy-hypertension syndrome.At the same time,we also analysized the relations between serum LDH value and the body weight,apgar score and mortality of neonate.Results The serum LDH value of parturient with pregnancy-hypertension syndrome is significantly higher than control parturient.Moreover,the value of serum LDH is related to the body weight,apgar score and mortality of neonate.Conclusion The serum LDH value rised in parturient with pregnancy-hypertension syndrome,and related to the prognosis.
