摘要
语言是文化传递的一种重要工具,商务英语作为一门重要的语言课,应该把语言技能的培养与跨文化意识的培养放在同等重要的位置。基于商务英语教学和跨文化交际之间关系的探讨,揭示出培养跨文化意识的重要性和必要性。通过对商务英语教学中涉及到的跨文化差异案例进行具体分析,提出了如何在商务英语的教学中培养跨文化意识的可行性建议。
Language is a critical tool for cultural transmission.Business English is an important language course,so equal emphasis should be placed on language skills training and cultural awareness developing.This paper will discuss the relations between Business English teaching and intercultural communication with an aim to unveil the importance and significance of cultivating cultural awareness.The author analyzes some cases of cultural differences and proposes several feasible suggestions on how to foster cultural awareness in Business English teaching.
