高等学校职业化训练体系构建初探

On Establishment of Vocational Training System in Colleges and Universities

高等学校毕业生就业难已成为各部门高度关注的重要问题。相关调研揭示,大学生的职业化水平与企业预期之间存在巨大差距是就业难的主要原因。从高等学校在职业化训练方面的不足出发,基于职业化的四个模块,尝试构建高校职业化训练体系,体系建设的基本条件是专业人才队伍和测评软件,课程设置及其实施则是该体系的重要内容。

College and university graduates’ difficulty in employment has been a great concern for all departments.Relevant research shows that the gap between college students’ vocational capabilities and expectation of enterprise is responsible for difficulty in employment.Starting from the deficiency in vocational training,based on four modules of vocation,this paper attempts to deal with the establishment of vocational training system in colleges and universities.Professional personnel and evaluation software are the basic condition for system establishment,and curriculum design and implementation are the important contents of the system.
