论目前我国幼儿园“入园难”问题的化解途径

Solution to "Kindergarten Crunch" in China's Present Kindergartens

当前我国幼儿园特别是城市幼儿园入园难、入园贵已成为社会和政府高度关注的社会问题。如何化解城市幼儿园入园难、入园贵和农村地区幼儿教育资源短缺问题,是摆在我们面前的一个现实而紧迫的任务。要解决这一问题必须建立政府主导、社会参与、公办民办并举的办园机制,增加财政投入,同时尽快制定《学前教育法》,使幼儿教育逐步走向法治化、规范化和均衡发展道路上来。

The problems of ＂Kindergarten Crunch＂ and expensive access to kindergarten have become a great concern of society and government.How to resolve ＂Kindergarten Crunch＂,and expensive access to kindergarten and the shortage of resources in rural area’s preschool education is a realistic and urgent task before us.To solve the problems,a mechanism of public and private running kindergarten under the government leadership,and with the participation of the society must be established and financial investment must be increased.Meanwhile,＂Preschool Education Law＂ should be established as soon as possible so as to ensure the legalization,standardization and balanced development of preschool education.
