HPLC法测定美洛昔康口腔崩解片中美洛昔康的含量

Determination of meloxicam orally disintegrating tablets by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定美洛昔康口腔崩解片中美洛昔康的含量。方法:采用C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1 moL/L乙酸铵溶液(60∶40),用15%高氯酸调节pH至(6.0±0.1),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为271 nm,进样量20μl,柱温:室温。结果:美洛昔康在40～60μg/ml的浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.46%,RSD为0.54%。结论:该方法快速、简单、准确、重复性好。

Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of rneloxicam orally disintegrating tablets. Method：The ClS Column（250 mm×4.6 ram,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase was methanol - 0.1 moI./L ammonium acetate（60： 40） ,and adjust with 15% perchloric acid to a pH of （6.0 ±0.1）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength waft 271 nm,the temperature of column was room temperature. Result： The linear rang of rneloxicam was 40 ~ 60 μg/ml（ r = 0.999 8 ）, the average recovery was 100.46% ,with RSD was 0.54%. Conclusion： The method is rapid, simple, accurate and good reproducibility.
