《医院处方集》的编写及其临床应用意义

Compilation and clinical applications of hospital formulary

目的:总结本院《医院处方集》的编写思路和过程,阐述《医院处方集》在本院临床指导的意义。方法:回顾《医院处方集》的编写过程,进行总结分析。结果与结论:《医院处方集》分为总论、各论、附录、索引4个部分,具有妇产科用药的专业性、代表性和指导性。《医院处方集》在指导本院临床用药规范化上起到了积极的作用,同时可提高本院的诊疗水平,保障本院用药安全。

Objective： To summarize the compiling process of the hospital formulary and to analyze its clinical guiding siguifi-cance in Tianjin Central hospital of Gynecology Obstetrics. Methods： Processes of compiling the formulary are reviewed and ana- lyzed. Results and Conclusion： The hospital formulary includes four parts： general part, special part, appendix and index. The compendia improves greatly the standardization, quality and safety of medication in our hospital for it~ specific, representative and guiding property.
