摘要
目的探讨颅底CT三维重建与颅底骨折的外科治疗之间的关系。方法 26例颅底骨折患者应用Philips 16排或东芝AquilionONE320排螺旋CT机行颅底薄层扫描及三维重建,根据结果指导外科临床治疗。结果颅底CT三维重建明显提高颅底骨折影像诊断的准确率,26例患者均恢复良好,明显缩短住院时间,节约治疗费用,创造良好社会效益。结论通过颅底CT三维重建,可提高颅底骨折影像诊断的阳性率,可为临床治疗提供一些积极的干预措施,提高疗效,取得良好效果,并能有效判断预后,对外科治疗方案有指导意义。
Objective To explore the relationship between the skull base three dimensional reconstructions CT and surgical treatment of skull base fracture. Methods Totally 26 cases of basal skull fracture were examined by thin-section and and 3D re- construction CT with the PHILIPS 16-slice spiral CT or Toshiba Aquilion ONE320 row spiral CT. Results The three dimen- sional reconstructions CT can significantly improve the basal skull fracture accuracy of diagnostic imaging. All the 26 cases of patients with good recovery. It could significantly reduce length of stay, save the cost of treatment, and create good social effects. Conclusion The skull base three dimensional reconstructions CT can improve the basal skull fracture positive rate of di- agnostic imaging, and provide some positive interventions for the clinical treatment, increase clinical efficacy, achieve good re sults, and effectively predict prognosis, which has guiding significance for surgical therapeutic regimen.
