结合目前聚苯板、聚苯颗粒等有机材料保温系统在耐久、防火及安全性能方面都存在的一些问题及缺陷,根据玻化微珠无机保温砂浆的特点,介绍了以玻化微珠轻骨料为主要原料,加入无机胶凝材料和多种聚合物外加剂后,通过预混合干拌制成的玻化微珠无机保温砂浆的基本组成、材料性能及在居住建筑外墙外保温系统中应用。

The existing problems and shortcomings on durability, fire proofing and security of thermal insulation system with organic materials such as expanded polystyrene board and expanded polystyrene granule, are expounded.Based on the performances of inorganic thermalinsulation glazed hollow beads mortar, its basic components, material properties and utilization to external thermal insulation system far residence are analyzed. And the special premixed and dry-mixed mortar＇s key component is the expanded and vitrified Small Boils as lightweightaggregate, mixing with inorganic cementitious materials and a variety of polymer admixtures.
