低碳经济是低能耗、低排放、低污染的经济发展方式,实质是提高能源利用效率和创建清洁能源结构。以国信证券大厦为例,通过碳足迹范围的分析,制定系统的低碳管理模式,达到了预定的节能减排目标,可为其他写字楼的低碳管理提供借鉴。

The low carbon economy refers to the economic development mode with low energy consumption, low pollution and low emissions. Its essence is improving energy efficiency and creating clean energy structure. With the case of Guosen Securities building, it introduced the model and the system of low carbon management development.
