Key Factors in the Energy-Saving of Occupant's Behavior

摘要 行为节能已经成为与高效产品应用、可再生能源开发等技术并列的关键节能措施之一,并且是保证后两者应用成功的基础,因此,行为节能日益受到广泛关注。但是促进行为节能的因素非常复杂,涉及社会环境、行为个体和群体特征等多方面。依据行为模型理论,针对影响居民个体节能行为的内外因素进行大量的问卷调查,研究同一背景下不同个体之间的差异性,以及同一个体对不同节能产品、技术认可度的差异性;利用SPSS软件,研究居民对节能产品、技术认可度的关键影响因素。结果显示,有1/3的受访居民能够有意识实施行为节能,社会舆论的正确导向是居民关注节能事项的主要推动力,而对于节能对象的正确认知与经济实力是落实行为节能的关键。 Energy-saving through occupant's behavior, which is considered to play a similar role with the application of high-energyefficient products and the development of renewable energy on energy-saving, has become one of key energy-saving techniques. Moreover, energy-saving of occupant's behavior basically guarantees the success of other technologies. Therefore, energy-saving via occupant's behavior has drawn increased attention. However, there are many factors to influence energy-saving of behavior, including social environment, individual characteristic, custom, and so on. Based on behavior model theory, through large amount of questionnaire survey on the factors influencing energy-saving of individual behavior, it investigates different individuals with similar bavkground and attitudes on different euergy-saving products and technologies. Subsequently, the key factors influencing occupant's attitude on different energy-saving products and technologies are analyzed by SPSS. It is found that one third of visited occupants are able to consciously conduct behavior energy saving. The public voice is the main driver which lets occupant to focus on energy-saving; and both correct knowledge on energy-saving objects and economic strength ave crucial to realize the behavior energy-saving.
