风机动叶片安装顺序一般由厂家设计,计算后确定。但实际在现场安装时有可能发生尺寸变化,碰撞,磨损等偶然的重量变化。当某个或某几个叶片重量发生变化就需要重新计算。为适应工作现场实际工期需要,在符合设计理念的前提下,简化排序算法,快速计算得到现场实际状况允许的安装序列。
The order of installation on axial draft fan blades is generally designed by the manufacturer to determine the calculation. But the actual size changes, collision, wear and tear, and other incidental weight changes may occur on-site installation. When a few blades weight change , the whole rotor need to recalculate. This article focuses on the need to adapt to the actual duration of the work site, in compliance with the design concept of the premise, to simplify the sorting algorithm to quickly calculate the actual site conditions permit the instal[ation sequence.
