摘要
21世纪企业的竞争,最根本的就是企业文化的较量。而企业文化得以执行与落地的根本保证是建立起与之相匹配的企业制度。在现实中,企业普遍存在着文化与制度背离的问题。而解决此问题可从两者相匹配的原则与两者相匹配的措施这两方面着手。为此,有必要提出使企业制度与企业文化相匹配的对策。
The business competition in the 21st century is essentially a contest of enterprise culture.And the successful establishment of enterprise culture relies on a well-matched enterprise system.Based on the enquiry into their meaning,function and correlation,this essay intends to reveal the mismatch between enterprise culture and system in practice,and proposes the countermeasure to achieve the match between culture and system in terms of both the principle and means of matching.
