高等学校国际化建设方略——基于日本的国际经验

Strategies for Internationalization of Universities——Based on International Experiences in Japan

国际化建设对提高一所大学的整体水平有很大的促进作用。日本高校国际化建设成功经验值得我们借鉴。我国高校应从培养学生的国际化视野与全球性竞争意识、大力发展留学生教育、积极与国外高水平大学进行交流与合作、引进国际教育资源和探索中外合作办学新模式等几个方面着手,促进高校的国际化建设。

Internationalization of a university has a significant role in improving the overall academic level of the university,such as expansion of international reputation,excellence in academics,improvement of teaching quality and promotion of scientific research level.Based on successful experiences of internationalization of Japanese universities,strategies for internationalization of Chinese universities were proposed as follows： First,to cultivate students′ awareness of international perspective and global competition;second,to vigorously develop education of overseas students;third,to actively build up relationship of exchanges and cooperation with foreign high-level universities;forth,to utilize international education resources;fifth,to explore new models of cooperation with foreign universities for training students.
