摘要
柯克帕特里克模型的评估思想和MBA学员的多元平衡性要求存在内在的一致性。MBA课程的效果评价,可以从反应、学习、行为、结果四个层面展开。具体来说,反应评估应该关注学员多元化的动机,学习评估应该从知识掌握和能力培养两个方面来思考,行为评估可以从模拟评估和雇主评估两个角度开展,结果评估包括组织目标的实现程度和学员目标的实现程度。在进行课程教学设计时,要充分分析MBA学员的学习需求,采用建构主义学习方法,促进培训成果迁移,推动持续化的教学改革,实现"评"、"教"的良性循环。
There is an internal consistency between MBA students's multiple motivation and Kirkpatrick training effectiveness evaluation model. We can develop MBA course evaluation from the re- sponse evaluation, learning evaluation, behavior evaluation and results evaluation. Specifically, response evaluation should pay attention to the MBA students~ s multiple motivaton, and learning evaluation should be thought from both the knowledge and ability, and behavior appraisal could be assessed from simulation evaluation and employers evaluation, and results evaluation includes goals achievement of or- ganization and student. In order to achieve a virtuous circle between "assessing " and "teaching", we should take the following strategy when implementing course teaching design, such as analyzing learning needs, using constructivist learning methods,accelerating training effect transfer , promoting the sustain teaching reform.
