德国成人教育的特色及其借鉴

The Features and Implications of the German Adult Education

德国的成人教育发展水平一直居世界前列,成人教育在德国受到高度的重视。德国成人教育呈现以下特色:有效的分权管理体制;完备的成人教育法规体系;成人教育办学、投资、教学的多元化体制;体制上的"双轨制"。本文通过对德国成人教育的特色考察提出促进我国成人教育发展的对策和措施。

Adult education has been paid extremely high attention in Germany and its level of development has joined the front ranks of education internationally. Adult education in Germany has its own characteristics： an effective management system of separation of powers~ a complete legal system for adult education; running a school, investment and teaching of multi- elemental system for adult education; the dual - track system of vocational education. By inspecting the characteristics of the adult education to Germany, we put forward the policies and measures to promote the development of Chinese adult education.
