摘要
柔性管理强调以人为本,尊重人格独立,注重情感和激励,其精髓在于以人为中心,应变能力强。课堂教学中运用柔性管理,能够提高课堂的向心力和凝聚力,使学生在宽松的教学氛围中闪现创造的火花,最大限度地发挥主观能动性。
The people - oriented, personal independence, emotional motivation are emphasized in flexible management. The essence of flexible management is human - centered and flexible. The flexible management applied in teaching class- room can improve the centripetal and cohesion of the classroom, so that the students can flash creative spark in a relaxed atmosphere and maximize their subjective initiative.
