摘要
由于数字化的迅猛发展,为了提高编辑部工作效率及与作者交流互动的需要,《临床神经外科杂志》编辑部于2010年1月正式启动由本地办公平台、网上投稿、审稿及交流平台、编务支持系统、消息及邮件系统、短信通知平台、网刊系统等多个系统平台整合的采编办公系统。现介绍采编办公系统给编辑部工作方式带来的改变,以及此系统的优势。现代化的办公系统除能提高办公效率,活跃编辑与作者之间的交流外,同时也必将给编辑部的发展带来前所未有的发展契机。
In the January 2010, Journal of clinical neurosurgery started an Manuscript Processing Soft officially, which was integrated with local office platform, Internet contribution system, editing-support system, message&e-mail system, sms notification platform and some other kinds of systems.
