2000－2011年贵阳市马王社区孕产妇保健指标分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation of Maternal Health Care Index from 2000 to 2011 in Mawang Community of Guiyang City in Guizhou Province

目的分析孕产妇保健服务工作指标，评价孕产妇保健效果，为进一步作好孕产妇保健工作提供依据。方法对贵阳市马王社区2000-2011年孕产妇保健工作指标进行分析，对孕产妇保健效果和健康指标进行评价。结果①2000－2011年各年度孕产妇保健服务工作指标呈逐年上升趋势，2004年以后都达90％以上。各年度孕产妇保健服务工作指标中绝大部分在90％以上，极少数在85－90％之间，个别指标在75～80％之间。②2000-2011年各年度孕产妇保健效果指标键康指标）中孕产妇死亡率较低、早期新生儿死亡率和围产儿死亡率呈逐年下降趋势。12年孕产妇死亡率平均45．29／10万、早期新生儿死亡率平均4．08％（0．00‰-13．89‰）、围产儿死亡率平均6．79‰（0．00‰-13．89‰）、新生儿破伤风发病率和死亡率均为零。结论贵阳市马王社区2000－2011年孕产妇保健服务工作效果显著，成绩突出，孕产妇死亡率、早期新生儿死亡率、围产儿死亡率均为零或维持在较低水平。但仍需加强基层妇幼保健机构的管理和质量控制，加强对孕产妇保健重点人群的健康教育和健康指导工作，进一步提高孕产妇保健服务质量。

Objective To Analyse the working index of maternal health care services, and to evaluate the effect of maternal health care, so as to further improve the quality of the perinatal care service and provide a scientific basis. Methods Carry out analysis to the indicators of maternal health care services form Mawang community of gniyang city in 2000-2011, evaluating the maternal health care effect and health indicators. Results ①The working index （that is the pregnancy card established rate, the early pregnancy checking rate, prenatal checking rate, postpartum visit rate, maternal system management rate, hospital parturition rate, sanitary accouchement rate,highrisk maternity management rate） of annual maternal health care services were increased year by year form 2000 to 2011 and all of them had been more than 90% since 2004 years. ②In the annual maternal health care effect indexes （health index）, the maternal mortality rate was lower, and the early neonatal mortality and the perinatal infants mortality declined year by year. Conclusion The work effect of maternal health care service was remarkable and made outstanding achievements in Mawang community of guiyang city in 2000-2011. But still need to take various measures to further improve maternal health care service quality.
