摘要
目的了解初产妇产后抑郁状况，研究影响抑郁症的原因并给出对策。方法调查我院2011年1月～2012年1月期间妇产科生产的初产妇120例，采用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表自评，并对产妇的其他情况进行统计分析。结果初产妇患抑郁症与年龄基本无关，但与产妇学历、家庭月收入、小儿出生状况、有无父母照顾等因素有关。结论要降低抑郁症的发病率，既要提升自身的学历和提高家庭的收入，同时还要树立正确的生育观和良好的健康行为。
Objectlve Understanding postnatal depression and studying the influence of the causes of depression, giving the countermeasures. Methods Investigation in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 obstetrics and gynecology production of 120 primipara..Using the Edinburgh postnatal depression scale self rating, and using other conducts statistical analysis. Results depression in primiparous women has nothing to do with age,but it is associated with maternal education, family income, pediatric birth status, parental care. Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of depression,both improving education,increasing in family income and establishing the correct view of fertility and good health behavior.
