摘要
目的观察小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,MPP)病原学的构成情况,并探讨热毒宁治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床疗效。方法280例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组各140例,两组患儿入院后均行病原学检查,均给予抗感染、止咳化痰、吸氧、镇静、雾化吸入等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用热毒宁治疗,记录两组治疗前后临床症状、体征、胸部X线片情况的改变。结果两组患儿抗呼吸道合胞病毒LgM阳性率均最高,治疗组患儿发热时间、平均住院时间明显短于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论MPP患儿易混合多种病原感染,应用热毒宁辅助治疗140例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,疗效显著,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective Observe the composition of Mycoplasma pneumoniae Pneumonia, and to explore the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in Reduning. Method 280 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 140 cases each group, two groups of children were admitted to hospital after the pathologic examination, and were given antibiotics, cough and phlegm, oxygen, sedation, inhalation and other conventional treatments. On the basis of the conventional treatment, treatment group plused Reduning. Clinical symptoms, signs, chest X-3"ay changes of two groups were recorded before ant] after treatment. Results The highest positive rate in two groups both were against respiratolT syncytial virus LgM. Heating time, the average length of stay in treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group (P 〈0.01). Conclusion Children with Mycoplasma pneumaniae Pneumonia were susceptible to a variety of pathogenic mixed infection, Reduning treatment of 140 cases children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has significant effect, can significantly shorten the duration of hospitalization, and worthy of promotion and application.
