增强型体外反搏改善不稳定型心绞痛患者心肌重塑的作用

Enhanced External Counterpulsation Improved Myocardial Remodeling in Patients with Unstable Angina

目的观察增强型体外反搏改善冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者心肌重塑的作用。方法将62例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予常规药物治疗；治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上加用增强型体外反搏治疗，观察两组心肌重塑变化。结果心脏彩超测量舒张末期室间隔厚度（IVSd）、舒张末期左室后壁厚度（LVPWd）、舒张末期左室内径（LvEDd）、舒张末期左房内径（LAd），观察治疗前后两组各值的变化，计算左室质量（LVM）与左室质量指数（LVMI），两组差别有统计学意义。结论增强型体外反搏可以改善冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的心肌重塑。

Objective Observed enhanced external counterpulsation in patients with unstable angina improve cardiac remodeling role. Methods The 62 cases of unstable angina were randomly divided into control and treatment group, Control group received conventional drug therapy, Conventional drug therapy in the treatment group based on the use of EECP therapy, Changes were observed in cardiac remodeling. Results Echocardiography measurement of diastolic ventricular septal thickness （IVSd）, left ventricular posterior wall thickness （LVPWd）, left ventricular diameter （LVEDd）, left atrial diameter （LAd）,Difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Enhanced external counterpulsation improves unstable angina myocardial remodeling.
