妊娠晚期前庭大腺囊肿和脓肿的治疗与护理措施

目的讨论孕晚期患前庭大腺炎的治疗与护理方法。方法通过两例妊娠晚期患前庭大腺囊肿和脓肿观察孕妇的临床表现进行诊断与治疗及文献复习。结果妊娠晚期患前庭大腺囊肿形成过程中疼痛非常剧烈，患者往往难以行走，坐卧不宁，在脓肿形成时，是否会影响胎儿与分娩方式，患者应以消炎及手术治疗为主，护士应当注意告知孕妇患疾病的情况，使之了解疾病发展有一个过程护理要点。结论当用药物治疗无效，脓肿形成后可行手术治疗。
