摘要
小学教师的人文素质是保证小学教育具备人文性的前提条件。小学教育专业学生人文素质的培养是将来从事教育教学的必然要求,中师生相比,他们的优势表现在人文素质方面。人文素质的培养包括系统人文知识与人文关怀的传授,在培养的过程中,既要关注量的积累,也要关注质的升华。
Humanity quality of primary school teachers is the prerequisite to secure primary education. The cultivation of humanity quality for primary education majors is the necessity for their future teaching and it involves a systemic teaching of humanity knowledge and practice in education. In the process of cultivation, it needs to pay more attention to the quality and quantity of the knowledge.
