结肠癌所致的低位不完全性肠梗阻肠镜检查前的肠道清洁护理探讨

目的探讨结肠癌所致的低位不完全性肠梗阻结肠镜检查前的肠道清洁护理。方法对我院80例结肠癌所致的低位不完全性肠梗阻患者，随机分成和爽组及和爽＋清洁灌肠组，由内镜医师客观评价两组患者的肠道清洁情况。结果和爽组肠道清洁满意度为30／40（75％），而和爽＋清洁灌肠组满意度为37／40（92．5％），和爽＋清洁灌肠组优于和爽组，P〈0.05。结论和爽十清洁灌肠是结肠癌所致的低位不完全性肠梗阻肠镜检查前肠道准备的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the low colon cancer caused by incomplete intestinal obstruction before colonoscopy bowel cleaning care. Methods 80 cases of colorectal cancer induced by low incomplete intestinal obstruction patients were randomly divided into groups, and cool and cool ＋ cleaning enema group, by endoscopic evaluation in two groups of patients with intestinal cleaning condition. Results the intestinal tract cleaning and refreshing group satisfaction for 30/40 （75%）, and cool ＋ cleaning enema group satisfaction for 37/40 （92.5%）, and cool and refreshing ＋ cleaning enema group than group, P〈0.05. Conclusion and cool ＋ cleaning enema colon cancer is caused by low incomplete intestinal obstruction colonoscopy bowel preparation method.
