依那普利联用美托洛尔对50例充血性心力衰竭者的疗效
摘要
目的分析老年人充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的治疗特点。方法通过对50例住院患者的临床资料，分析治疗结果。结果比对洋地黄类、利尿荆，分析依那普利联用美托洛尔能不同程度改善患者的心功能。结论长期应用β-受体阻滞剂和ACEI可明显改善CHF患者心功能。
