摘要
介绍了一种点位运动控制器的设计,该控制器可以控制步进和伺服电机。该运动控制器以STM32F103为主控微处理器,实现了电机起停的加减速控制,扩展了RS485串行通信接口,设计了限位保护电路,移植了嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ,通过μC/OS-Ⅱ来调度运动控制器的多个任务,设计了串口通信协议,可以方便组成多轴控制系统。
The design and realization of a kind of point and position motion controller is discussesed in this paper, which can control servo or step motor. The controller uses STM32F103 as the main control unit, realizes the acceleration and deceleration control during the motor starts up and stops, expands RS485 serial communication interface, designs the circuits of position limit protection, migrates the embedded real-time kernel μC/OS-Ⅱ to managent muhitasks of the motion controller, designs the serial communication protocol, makes it easy to compose multi-axis control system.
