摘要
目的:观察磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害的疗效。方法:将80例新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。两组均给予常规对症支持治疗,对照组同时给予维生素C 0.5 g加能量合剂静脉滴注,1次/d,10 d为1个疗程,治疗组同时给予磷酸肌酸钠0.5 g/次静脉滴注,1次/d,10 d为1个疗程。观察两组患儿治疗前后症状、体征、心电图改变、心肌酶谱。结果:治疗组的总有效率为87.5%,明显高于对照组67.5%(χ2=4.59,P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组治疗后在循环改善、心律失常消失、心电图恢复、心肌酶谱恢复等方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害疗效显著。
To observe the effect of creatine phosphate sodium(CP) in the treatment of anoxia ischemic mycardial injures in neonates.Methods: Eighty neonates with ischemia-hypoxia myocardial damage were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=40) and a control group(n=40).All the neonates were treated with conventional therapy,and on this basis,the treatment group were given CP intravenously,0.5 g every time,once a day,for a course of 10 days.The changed of symptoms,physical signs,electrocardiogram and myocardial enzymogram were observed during the treatment.Results: The total effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 67.5% in the control group(P〈0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups on the myocardial enzymogram.Conclusions: Creatine phosphate sodium has notable curative effect in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic myocardial damage,and is safe and effective.
