摘要 [目的]探索生化黄腐酸(BFA)对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌抑菌效果的最适试验条件。[方法]采用4个因素4个水平的正交试验方案。4个因素为BFA浓度、培养基pH、培养温度和菌种的生长时期。以抑菌圈直径为指标,研究BFA的抑菌作用。[结果]BFA具有抑菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果要好于大肠杆菌。试验条件的最优组合为:BFA浓度80 mg/ml,培养基pH 7.6,温度18℃,2种菌均处于对数生长期。[结论]当试验条件为最优组合时,BFA对2种菌的抑菌效果最佳。 [ Objective ] The aim was to study the optimal antibacterial conditions of biochemical fulvie acid (BFA) on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. [ Method ]4 factors and 4 level orthogonal test was adopted, in which 4 factors were the concentration of BFA, pH of medium, incubation temperature and growth period of strain. The diameter of antibacterial zone was selected as the indicator of the antibacterial effect of BFA on two bacteria. [ Result] BFA had antimicrobial effects on two bacteria, but the antibacterial effects of BFA on Staphylococcus aureus were better than that on Escherichia coli. The optimal combination of experimental conditions was as follows : BFA concentration was 80 mg/ml, pH of medium was 7.6 ,incubation temperature was 18 ℃, and growth period of two strains was in the logarithmic phase. [ Conclusion] Under the optimal combination, the antibacterial effect of BFA on two strains was the best.
