摘要
[目的]研究重金属铅对繁穗苋幼苗生长的影响。[方法]以繁穗苋幼苗为材料,研究不同浓度的铅处理对其生长的影响。[结果]在50 mg/L Pb2+处理下,繁穗苋幼苗新生根数受到促进;随着Pb2+浓度的增加,繁穗苋的根长、苗长、苗重和叶绿素含量均降低;高浓度Pb2+对繁穗苋根生长的抑制作用大于其对茎轴的抑制作用。[结论]铅对繁穗苋幼苗的生长表现出抑制作用,而且该抑制作用而随着铅离子浓度的增大而加大。
[ Objective ] To study the effect of Pb2 + stress on seedling growth of Amaranthus paniculatus. [ Method ] Arnaranthus paniculatus was used as material to study the effects of different Pb2 + concentrations on the growth of seedling. [ Result] When Pb2 + concentration was 50 mg/L, it could promote the new root number of seedling. With the increasing Pb2 + concentration,the root length, seedling length, fresh weight of seedling and the content of plant chlorophyll decreased obviously. There was stronger inhibition on the growth of root than on that of stem under high Pb2+ concentration. [ Conclusion] Pb2+ had inhibition on seedling growth of Amaratrthus paniculatus, and the inhibition became stronger with the increasing Pb2 + concentration.
