ES小鼠与正常小鼠血液理化指标比较研究

摘要 [目的]比较ES小鼠和正常小鼠的血液理化指标。[方法]以成年ES克隆小鼠为研究对象,测定其血液生理生化指标,与正常小鼠进行比较。[结果]ES小鼠血液中WBC、MCV、MCH、LYMPH、MONO、BASO、RDW-CV等生理指标与TP、LDL、GLU、AMY等生化指标,与正常小鼠存在显著或者极显著差异。[结论]该研究可为小鼠的基因克隆奠定基础。 [ Objective] The research aimed to compare the blood physiological and biochemical indices bet, seen ES mice and normal mice. [ Method] Using adult ES cloned mice as study objects,its blood physiological and biochemical indices were determined and compared with normal mice. [ Result ] The blood physiological indices ( WBC, MCV, MCH, LYMPH, MONO, BASO, RDW-CV, etc. ) and biochemical indices ( TP, LDL, GLU,AMYo Etc. )in ES mice had significant or extremely signifieant differences with normal mice. [ Conclusion] This research could lay the foundation for the gene cloning of mice.
