阿魏酸钠对大鼠胸主动脉的非内皮依赖性血管舒张作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究阿魏酸钠对离体大鼠胸主动脉的影响。方法以等长张力的形式记录鼠主动脉及去内皮鼠主动脉对去氧肾上腺素和高钾的反应,以及阿魏酸钠对鼠主动脉及去内皮鼠主动脉的舒张作用。结果阿魏酸钠(0.1~30 mmol/L)能使预先用浓度为(2.73±0.02)的去氧肾上腺素和浓度为(2.57±0.06)的高钾预收缩的离体主动脉环舒张(P<0.05);机械去除内皮后,阿魏酸钠对主动脉环的舒张效应没有明显改变。结论阿魏酸钠是一种非内皮依赖性的血管平滑肌细胞松弛剂。 Objective To investigate the effects of sodium ferulate (SF) on rat isolated thoracic aortas. Methods Isometric tension was recorded the reaction that rat aorta and endothelium-denuded aorta response to phenylephrine and high potassium, and the effect of sodium ferulate on rat aorta and de-endothelialized rat aortic diastolic function. Results SF (0.1-30 mmol/L) relaxed the isolated aortic tings precontracted with phenylephrine(PE) and high-K+ in a concentration-dependent manner with respective pD2 of 2.73±0.02 and 2.57±0.06(P 〈 0.05). Mechanical removal of endotheliumdid not significantly modify the SF-induced relaxation. Conclusion These results indicate that SF acts directly as a non-selective relaxant to vascular smoothmusele.
