高压氧联合疏血通治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高压氧联合疏血通治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效。方法将102例缺血性脑血管病患者随机分为观察组(n=51)与对照组(n=51),所有患者均接受降低颅内压、保护脑细胞等常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上接受高压氧联合疏血通治疗,对照组患者在此基础上仅接受高压氧治疗。结果①治疗前,两组患者的全血黏度、血小板黏附率、血浆纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、红细胞压积(Hct)、血沉(ESR)相比差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的全血黏度、血小板黏附率、Fbg、Hct显著低于对照组,ESR显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。②治疗前两组患者美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。③观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合疏血通治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效显著,该方案值得临床应用与推广。 Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of ischemic cerebrovascular disease treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with shuxuetong. Methods A total of 102 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease were divided into ob servation group (n = 51) and control group (n = 51), and all patients received conventional treatments such as reducing intracranial pressure and protecting brain cells etc.Moreover, observation group received hyperbaric oxygen combined with shuxuetong, while control group was given hyperbaric oxygen. Results (1)Before treatment, there were no significant differences in whole blood viscosity, platelet adhesion rate, fibrinogen(Fbg), hematocrit (Hct) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) between observation group and control group (all P 〉 0.05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, platelet adhesion rate, Fbg and Hct of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, respectively (all P 〈 0.05 ), and the ESR of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈0. 05). (2)Before treatment, there was no significant difference in National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score between observation group and control group (P 〉 0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). (3)The therapeutic, efficacy of observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with shuxuetong in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease shows significant therapeutic efficacy, and this program is worthy of being applied and popularized.
