米索前列醇联合催产素预防产后出血的疗效观察

Effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage

目的观察和分析米索前列醇联合催产素预防产后出血的疗效。方法选择2008年1月～2012年1月在我院住院分娩的产妇100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(米索前列醇联合催产素)和对照组(催产素)各50例,比较两组的年龄、孕周、孕次、产后2 h出血量、并发症情况。结果观察组50例产妇的平均年龄、平均孕周、平均孕次与对照组比较,均差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组50例产妇产后2 h出血量明显少于对照组,观察组并发症例数也明显少于对照组,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇联合催产素预防产后出血疗效确切,安全可靠,能明显降低并发症,值得推广和应用。

Objective To observe and analyze misoprostol combined oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage. Methods From January 2008 to January 2012,100 cases given birth in our hospital as the study object, were randomly divided into observation group （misoprostol combined with oxytocin） and the control group （oxytocin）, and each group 50 cases, age, gestational age, gravidity, postpartum blood loss, complications were compared between two groups. Results The average age,the average gestational age, the average pregnant in the observation group compared the control group, differences were not significant （P 〉 0.05）. 50 postpartum 2 hours bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than the control group, the number of complications in the observation group was significantly less than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Misoprostol combined with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage is effective, safe and reliable, and it can significantly reduce the complications, and it is worth the promotion and application.
