摘要
目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合高频电刀对女性尖锐湿疣患者Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响及疗效。方法女性尖锐湿疣患者70例,随机分为两组:复方甘草酸苷联合高频电刀治疗1组;单纯高频电刀治疗2组。治疗前及治疗后1个月分别用ELISA法检测各组患者外周血细胞因子IL-2、IL-4、IL-10及IFN-γ的表达水平。另设健康女性对照组25例,检测项目同上。结果①复方甘草酸苷联合高频电刀治疗1组疗效明显高于单纯高频电刀治疗2组(χ2=5.29,P<0.05);②女性尖锐湿疣患者与健康女性外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子的表达比较:女性尖锐湿疣患者外周血中Th1型细胞因子IL-2(t=4.012,P<0.05)和IFN-γ(t=3.880,P<0.05)的表达水平显著降低;而Th2型细胞因子IL-4(t=2.694,P<0.05)和IL-10(t=3.069,P<.05)的表达水平显著升高;③治疗1个月后复方甘草酸苷联合高频电刀治疗1组相比单纯高频电刀治疗2组对Th1/Th2平衡具有更明显的调节作用。结论复方甘草酸苷联合高频电刀治疗女性尖锐湿疣可提高疗效,通过调节患者Th1/Th2细胞因子的平衡状态,改善患者的细胞免疫功能。
Objective To observe the influence of compound glycyrrhizin on Th1/Th2 related cytokines of female patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA) after high frequency radio-surgery procedures treatment. Methods Totally 70 cases of female CA were randomly divided into two groups. The first group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin after removed by high frequency radio-surgery procedures. The second group was only removed by high frequency radio-surgery procedures. In the groups above,the levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 and IFN-γ/in serum of female CA and control group were determined by ELISA before therapy and one month after therapy. Another control group was made up of twenty-five healthy cases accepting the same assays as the above. Results (1)The efficacy in the first treatment group was better than the second group (X^2=5.29, P 〈 0.05);(2)Compared with the control group,the levels of IL-2 (t = 4.012, P 〈 0.05) and IFN-γ, (t = 3.880, P 〈 0.05) in patients with female CA were lower before treatment; While the levels of IL-4(t = 2.694,P 〈 0.05) and IL-10 (t = 3.069, P 〈 0.05) were higher before treatment; (3)Compared with the second treatment group,the first treatment group has more significant regulatory role for Th1/Th2 related cytokines. Conclusion The compound glycyrrhizin plus high frequency radio-surgery procedures can improve efficacy and the immune function state by regulate the balance of Th1/Th2 related cytokines in the female CA.
