经阴道超声与经腹部超声联合检查对卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of vaginal ultrasound joint abdominal ultrasound in inspection of ovarian mature teratoma

目的探讨经阴道超声与经腹超声联合检查对卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤的诊断价值。方法对80例卵巢畸胎瘤声像图进行回顾性分析,并与手术病理结果作对照。结果 80例卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤中左侧32例,右侧40例,双侧8例,肿瘤共计94个;术前超声诊断与手术病理诊断符合率93.6%,漏误诊率6.4%。结论经阴道超声与经腹超声联合检查对卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤的诊断有重要的临床价值,是首选检查方法。

Objective To investigate the transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound examination on the diagnosis of mature teratoma of ovary. Methods Eighty cases of ovarian teratoma ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed, and the results were compared with operation and pathology. Results Eighty eases of ovarian mature teratoma in 32 cases were on the left, on the fight side in 40 cases, bilateral in 8 cases, a total of 94 preoperative tumors; ultrasonic diagnosis and operation pathology diagnosis coincidence rate was 93.6%, misdiagnosis rate was 6.4%. Conclusion It has important clinical value that transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound examination for ovarian mature teratoma diagnosis, which is the preferred inspection method.
