13例先天性大血管疾病患儿三血管-气管切面的声像图分析

The value of ultrasound diagnosis of 13 cases of fetal congenital vascular disease in the three blood vessels-the trachea section

目的分析先天性大血管疾病患儿三血管气管-切面的声像图改变,诊断胎儿先天性大血管病变。方法回顾性分析2007年1月以来超声诊断胎儿先天性大血管疾病13例。结果许多先天性大血管疾病患儿三血管-气管切面有管径大小、数目或血流的改变。结论三血管-气管切面对诊断胎儿先天性大血管疾病具有重要的作用。

Objective To analyze the fetal part of the congenital vascular lesions in the three vascular tracheal section of the audio-visual change for the diagnosis of fetal congenital vascular lesions. Methods A retrospective analysis since January 2007, 13 cases of uhrasound diagnosis of fetal congenital vascular disease. Results The fetal congenital vascular disease in the three vascular trachea section had diameter size,number, or blood flow changes. Conclusion The three vascular trachea cut face of the diagnosis of fetal congenital vascular disease has an important role.
