临床护理路径在腹腔镜胃癌根治术后早期肠内营养中的应用及评价

Evaluation and application about clinical nursing pathways in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy with gastric cancer in early postoperative enteral nutrition

目的评价临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathways,CNP)在行腹腔镜胃癌根治术后早期肠内营养护理中的应用。方法将54例行腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组27例,分别按临床护理路径方法和常规护理方法进行护理,对比两组不同护理方法的效果。结果实验组平均住院天数、住院费用及肛门排气时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),实验组患者对护理质量的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),营养状况改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜胃癌根治术后早期肠内营养护理中应用临床护理路径效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing pathway on early postoperative enteral nutrition for patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods Fifty-four cases with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was consisted of 27 patients with routine nursing care,the treatment group was consisted of 27 patients with clinical pathway scheme. The effect of different ways of nursing was compared between two groups. Results The average hospitalization days, hospitalization costs, anal exhaust time, the satisfaction degree to nursing and the nutritional status of treatment group were better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of clinical nursing pathway on early postoperative enteral nutrition for patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer was remarkable. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
