乌头汤加味配合云克治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效分析

The curative effect analysis of Aconite Decoction and ^(99)Tc-MDP treated rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨乌头汤加味配合云克治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 56例RA患者按初诊顺序进行编号,再按"随机数字表法"分为治疗组(乌头汤加味配合云克治疗)与对照组(口服雷公藤片)各28例。治疗后8周比较两组的疗效及血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)的变化。结果治疗8周后,治疗组显效率达42.86%,总有效率达85.71%,对照组分别为25.00%和67.86%,明显低于治疗组,两组上述指标分别比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后ESR及RF均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论乌头汤加味配合云克静脉用药治疗类风湿性关节炎有较好的疗效,值得推广。

Objective To explore the Aconite Decoction and 99^Tc-MDP in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group used Aconite Decoction and 99^Tc-MDP intravenous medication treatment, control group orally Tripterygium wilfordii tablets. After 4 week 1 course of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment, before treatment and after treatment of 4 weeks, measured erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, rheumatoid factor （RF）. Results The control group and treatment group after treatment 8 weeks,ESR, RF reduced; compared with the control group, the treatment group after treatment 8 weeks was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Aconite Decoction and 99^Tc-MDP intravenous drugs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has better curative effect.
