骨科创伤感染VSD治疗的临床疗效分析

The effect of VSD on treatment of trauma infection in the department of orthopedics

目的探讨VSD技术在骨科创伤感染中的治疗效果。方法将我院近几年收治的62例骨科创伤患者随机分成VSD治疗组32例和对照组30例,术后观察对比两组的疗效。结果治疗组和对照组间的治疗有效率及平均治愈时间均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 VSD技术治疗骨科创伤感染效果显著,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate the VSD technique in Department of orthopedics trauma infection in the treatment effect. Methods In our hospital in recent years treated 62 cases of Department of orthopedics in trauma patients were randomly divided into VSD group （32 cases） and control group （30 cases）, postoperative observation and comparison-effects of two groups. Results The treatment group and the control group the therapeutic efficiency and average between cured were significant difference（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion VSD technique in the treatment of department of orthopedics trauma infection effect, and wide application in clinic.
